Ziad Dalloul

’88, P: ‘22; CEO/CHAIRMAN, AFRICELL

Ziad Dalloul is the founder of Africell, one of the fastest-growing mobile telecommunications operations in Africa. Mr. Dalloul founded Africell in 2000, and it has since grown to have more than 11 million active subscribers. Africell is the number one provider in The Gambia and Sierra Leone, and the company is rapidly growing their operations in Democratic Republic of the Congo and Uganda. Dalloul is also the CEO of Lintel Holdings, the parent company of Africell, and its subsidiary, Africell Holdings.

Mr. Dalloul received a BS in engineering from Boston University, and an MS from SEAS in 1988.
