Can I bring my children to Reunion?

Yes, of course! Children are welcome to attend the Saturday Engineering Dean's Breakfast and the All-Class Luncheon. Children ages 3 to 12 can enjoy a full program run by Corporate Kids Events, a child care program in existence since 1998. Activities will be available from morning to evening on Saturday, June 2, with a break to join family members at the All-Class Luncheon, included in the price. Breakfast and dinner will be served on-site.

A day full of activities will be offered. Details to follow.

Do I need to register for my class dinner?

Photographers and videographers will be present throughout Reunion weekend. Columbia Engineering retains the right to publish content in any format or media without additional permission from the individuals in the photos or videos.

What if I am religiously observant during Reunion?

Our Reunion programming, with morning, afternoon, and evening activities scheduled throughout the weekend, is designed to provide opportunities for cultural, professional, and social interaction with classmates for observant alumni of all faiths.

Do I need to register for Reunion weekend in advance?

We can accept walk-in attendees on a space-available basis, but we strongly encourage pre-registering for Reunion 2018 by May 24th so we may better accommodate you.  Events including your class dinner and many of our social and cultural events have a limited number of spaces and require pre-registration for a reservation. Please note that some of our events occur simultaneously and should be scheduled accordingly.

How can I find out what my UNI is? (And what is a UNI?)

Should you need either to discover and activate your UNI or to remind yourself of it, you can look it up online, or, alternatively, we would be pleased to assist you. (Tip: Once you have your UNI, make sure to enter its letters in lowercase.)

To look up your UNI online, please visit the Columbia Alumni Association's Help with Your UNI page. (You can also use this page to request a password re-set, if you have forgotten it.) To reach the Reunion Office for assistance, contact us at [email protected] or 212-851-2401.

The term "UNI," which is short for University Network ID, is your virtual ID for the Columbia system, equivalent to a username or log-on on other systems. It is preassigned to you by the University's IT department, based on your initials (at the time of creation/during your studenthood) and an arbitrary number. If you did not have a UNI as a student, you do have one now; if you did have a UNI as a student, it is almost always your UNI as an alumna/us.
