Columbia University's Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science invites you to the 2nd International Symposium on Mechanomedicine: In Memory of Christopher R. Jacobs, to celebrate Dr. Chris Jacobs' life and contributions to engineering. The day's event will feature 17 prominent engineers, basic scientists, and clinicians reviewing their unique approaches to detecting and treating human disease. Hosted by Columbia University and Columbia Engineering, and with pivotal contributions from faculty across leading domestic and international research institutions, this Symposium will be the first of its kind in developing a far-reaching community of mechanomedicine researchers, with the ultimate goal of pursuing federal support.
