Mike Gann is currently Senior Director for the Global Healthcare Segment within Intel's World Ahead Program. In this capacity, he is responsible for developing global business strategies, sales campaigns, and partnerships with the healthcare ecosystem to improve the quality, cost, and access of healthcare. Mr. Gann has conducted business in over 30 countries for Intel. Mr. Gann is also currently serving on the United Nations Digital Health Initiative Advisory Board and the ITU Broadband Commission Working Group for Health with other global leaders to help accelerate broadband adoption and progress towards Millennium Development Goals for Healthcare.
In his previous role, Mr. Gann was the Director for the High Performance Computing and Life Sciences within Intel's Sales & Marketing Group. His group was responsible for working with strategic partners and tipping point accounts to accelerate the adoption of Intel-based systems. Prior to Intel, Mr. Gann worked for Oracle Corporation and Chevron Corporation in business consulting, technical marketing, environmental research, and process engineering. Mr. Gann holds an MBA from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Oregon State University
