Grant Submissions
Submitting Grant Proposals through Columbia Engineering
Effective September 2009, Columbia Engineering implemented a new policy regarding grant proposal submissions. All budgets and RASCALS need to be approved by Anthony L. Schmitt, Manager of Grants and Contracts for Columbia Engineering.
