Claude Narcisse BS'80, MS'81

Claude Narcisse is a partner at Patent Analytic Strategies, a leading provider of in-depth analyses and guidance to investors and owners in their intellectual property interests. He is also of counsel at Sutton Magidoff, LLP, a boutique law firm specializing in intellectual property.
Narcisse began his career as an electrical engineer, and has since acquired nearly 30 years of experience in the realm of technology. He currently serves as a patent attorney with a varied practice that includes patent prosecution, patent litigation, Markman Hearings preparation, and working with expert witnesses. Narcisse has counseled some of the world’s leading engineers and scientists and developed a remarkable set of skills that encompass the practice of law, engineering, business, and intellectual property strategy. 
Narcisse earned both his BS and MS in electrical engineering from Columbia University. He also holds a MS in computer science from Polytechnic University and a JD from Rutgers University School of Law.
